Our story is not only about the changes the war brought but also about the power of a common dream that grew out of the challenges. The dream of a restaurant has always been in our family, even when fate threw obstacles in our way. Before the war, we worked on the concept of a place where cultures, tastes and talents meet. The war had forced us to leave our homeland, and our dreams seemed unattainable.

However, we didn`t give up. Four people with very different professions - a musician, a financier, an architect and an engineer - continued to work on their dream in a new country. This was the beginning of our journey. We decided that neither war nor challenges would stop us. By joining forces and skills, we created a restaurant where everyone can find their place. FontaineBluеs is not only about delicious cuisine, but also about the meeting of cultures and unity.
